Probably my favorite image from the amazing Chauvet Cave paintings in France. Something about the beauty of this bear (and is that an arm reaching out below the chin?) takes my breath away. And it’s 30,000 years old.

The milky way from the front yard of the cabin I lived in over the summer. On a cold night the crack in the sky could easily be seen with the naked eye.

experiments with blue tea. a tisane really, from thailand. it smells of damp spinach and peas. i don’t think i want to drink it, but it makes a great colour.
